Papagaio Bateria Mirim is the junior wing of the Papagaio drum section for drummers aged 10-18 years. The group plays Brazilian rhythms, sama and samba-reggae with traditional samba drums.

Rehearsals are on Sundays from 4 to 5:40 pm. New players are welcome and no previous experience is needed. Training fees are affordable and the first trial session is always free.

The goal is to offer a fun drumming hobby in a supportive atmosphere. As age and playing skills increase, it is possible to start playing in the adult section. Bateria Mirim is also involved into the events suitable for young people.
